4.1 Digital Orders Orders for digital downloads (e-books, study materials) are processed automatically and instantly upon successful payment. Therefore, digital orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been confirmed.
4.2 Coaching/Tuition Subscriptions
Students wishing to discontinue their enrollment in our private coaching batches must notify us at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle/month.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in the generation of fee reminders for the subsequent month.
4.3 Physical Orders Orders for physical books or merchandise can be cancelled only if the request is made before the item is dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4.4 Cancellation by Learnway We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend services under the following circumstances:
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
Pricing errors or technical glitches on the website.
Violation of our Terms & Conditions, particularly regarding the unauthorized sharing of copyrighted materials.
